锌是机体必需的微量元素,对各种器官和组织的生理调节起着至关重要的作用。锌对细胞凋亡具有重要的生物学影响,可抑制细胞凋亡,亦可诱导细胞凋亡,取决于细胞内锌的浓度。锌影响细胞凋亡的机制比较复杂,是多种因素共同作用的结果。锌对细胞凋亡的影响具有细胞特异性,作用于不同种类细胞,其凋亡通路不尽相同。口腔种植体纯钛表面微弧氧化法加入适宜浓度的锌可促进成骨细胞的增殖分化与骨基质的形成,同样,不同浓度的锌亦可影响成骨细胞的凋亡,这可能由线粒体通路介导。
