保持共产党员先进性关键在“先”,共产党员的先锋作用是先进性最直接的体现。本文旨在从新时期党员先锋作用的特点谈起,进而分析当前影响党员先锋作用发挥的主客观因素,阐述增强党员先锋作用的一些对策。
The key to maintaining the advanced nature of party members is “first”. The pioneering role of party members is the most direct manifestation of the advanced nature. This article aims to talk about the characteristics of the pioneers of party members in the new era, and then analyzes the current subjective and objective factors that affect the pioneering role of party members and elaborates some measures to enhance the pioneers’ role.
