以‘赞皇大枣’为材料 ,研究了采前对枣果用CaCl2 和 6 BA喷雾处理对其贮藏期间膜脂过氧化作用的影响。结果表明 ,1%CaCl2 、 15mg·L- 16 BA和 1%CaCl2 + 15mg·L- 16 BA处理枣果 ,能抑制枣果过氧化物酶 (POD)和过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性的下降 ,降低丙二醛 (MDA)积累量和果肉组织的相对电导率 ,从而抑制枣果的成熟衰老
Taking ’Zanhuang jujube’ as material, the effect of CaCl2 and 6 BA spray on the lipid peroxidation of jujube during its storage was studied.
