The discussions on the integration of books and information (hereinafter referred to as “integration”) have taken many years and the results have been very fruitful. In order to further deepen the discussion, the author attempts to propose the concept of holistic system through this article and analyze its structure in order to demonstrate the relationship between books and intelligence. On the basis of this, we also discuss the reform direction of library and information work. My humble opinion of the table. One of the main purposes of the “whole system” concept of the overall system's flat process is to clarify the various understandings of “integration.” Since some comrades raised some objections to the expression of “integration” during the discussion, it is certainly possible to discuss it, but it is ultimately not a question of substance. In my opinion, no matter whether its formulation is proper or not, its institution should have been an overall system. So “integration” and “overall system” are essentially one thing. It may be better to change “integration” to “integration” or “overall system.” The author once said in the first two articles on “integration”: "According to the viewpoint of system engineering, a system has its overall function or moving target, the whole system's overall function and purpose
