应用多对引物PCR方法检测58例皮肤表皮肿瘤(Bowen’s病17例,Queyrat增殖性红斑5例,鲍温样丘疹病16例,皮肤鳞状细胞癌20例)石蜡包埋组织中HPV6、11、16及18DNA。Bowen’s病HPV16DNA2例(2/17)阳性,Queyrat增殖性红斑HPV16DNA1例(1/5)阳性,鲍温样丘疹病HPV16DNA9例(9/16)阳性,皮肤鳞状细胞癌HPVDNA20例均阴性。提示鲍温样丘疹病可能与HPV16感染有密切关系,在少数Bowen’s病和Queyrat增殖性红斑中HPV16可能是多种致癌因素中的一个重要因素。
A total of 58 pairs of skin epidermal tumors (Bowen’s disease in 17 cases, Queyrat proliferative erythema in 5 cases, Bowen-like papulosis in 16 cases, skin squamous cell carcinoma in 20 cases) and paraffin-embedded tissue HPV6,11 were detected by multiple pairs of primers PCR method. 16 and 18 DNA. Bowen’s disease HPV16 DNA2 cases (2/17) were positive, Queyrat proliferative erythema HPV16 DNA 1 case (1/5) positive, Bowen-like papulosis HPV16 DNA 9 cases (9/16) were positive, skin squamous cell carcinoma HPVDNA 20 cases were negative. It is suggested that Bowenoid papulosis may be closely related to HPV16 infection. In a few Bowen’s disease and Queyrat proliferative erythema, HPV16 may be an important factor in many carcinogenic factors.
