目的观察曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗推-基底动脉供血不足的疗效。方法选择2003年3月至2006年4月乌鲁木齐市第四人民医院的120例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各60例,治疗组采用曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液联合复方丹参注射液,对照组采用胞二磷胆碱注射液加复方丹参注射液。每天静脉滴注1次,治疗10d。结果治疗组起效快,总有效率93.3%,对照组起效慢,总有效率为70.0%,2组比较差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论曲克芦丁脑蛋白水解物注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足疗效明显。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Troxerutin brain protein hydrolyzate injection on the insufficiency of push-basilar artery. Methods A total of 120 patients with vertebro-basilar insufficiency in the Fourth People’s Hospital of Urumqi from March 2003 to April 2006 were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The treatment group was treated with trehalose hydrochloride Injection combined with compound Salvia injection, the control group with citicoline injection plus compound Salvia injection. Intravenous infusion 1 times a day for 10 days. Results The treatment group achieved rapid onset with a total effective rate of 93.3%. The control group started slowly and the total effective rate was 70.0%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion Troxerutin brain hydrolyzate injection for treatment of vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency obvious curative effect.
