标杆管理作为21世纪三大管理工具之首,是当代大型企业效果十分显著的管理方法之一。国家电网公司自2005年在全行业推广同业对标工作后,取得了不小的成绩,比较显著的是,很多企业成本降低、服务标准提升及技术水平提高。作为一种企业科学管理的基础理论,它的推出为企业寻求卓越业绩增加了动力因素。文章主要论述了太原供电公司就同业对标中的资产经营指标方面加强了管理和分析,重点对短板指标加大了分解和考核力度,促进了对标工作的逐步提升。
As the first of three management tools in the 21st century, benchmarking management is one of the most effective management methods for large-scale modern enterprises. Since 2005, SGCC has made remarkable achievements in promoting industry-standard benchmarking across the industry. In particular, the cost of many enterprises has been lowered, the service standards have been upgraded and the technical level has been raised. As a basic theory of enterprise science management, its introduction has added impetus to the enterprise seeking outstanding performance. This paper mainly discusses the management and analysis of Taiyuan Power Supply Company on the asset management indicators in the benchmarking of interbank counterparts, focusing on the decomposition and assessment of shortboard indicators and promoting the gradual improvement of benchmarking work.
