我院于1975年2月收治了一例严重冻僵的伤员。治疗过程中,先后出现过休克、心房纤颤、脑水肿、急性肺水肿、肺炎、急性肾功能不全及心功能不全等并发症。在军区后勤部卫生部及医院党委的领导下,广大医务人员全心全意,群策群力,积极进行救治。经过一个多月,伤员除五个手指、一个足趾坏死外,其余并发症均已纠正。昏迷38天后,意识逐渐恢复,现已能讲话、看书、读报。两个多月后能下地活动,生活自理。现将救治情况报道如下: Our hospital in February 1975 admitted a serious frozen frozen wounded.
