本文在新增长理论框架下构建了内外部因素驱动技术差距变化的理论模型,以研发强度与人力资本表示内在吸收能力,采用技术相似度矩阵测度外部溢出效应,基于面板平滑转换模型,研究了高技术产业不同研发投入阶段中各因素对技术差距的非对称影响。主要结论如下:(1)总体而言,研发投入提高对于技术差距具有显著的扩大作用,而人力资本增长、溢出效应增强能够有效缩小不同地区间的技术差距;(2)随着研发投入强度的逐渐提升,内在吸收能力中的研发强度与人力资本对技术差距呈现先减弱后增强的“V”型影响,外部溢出效应对技术差距的影响逐渐显著并不断增大;(3)在不同研发投入阶段之间,存在着两次较为平缓的转换过程,进入高研发投入强度阶段后,内外部因素共同驱动技术差距缩小的特征充分显现。
Under the framework of the new growth theory, this paper constructs a theoretical model of the gap between internal and external factors driving technology, absorbs the internal absorptive capacity through R & D intensity and human capital, measures the external spillover effect through technical similarity matrix, Asymmetric Influence of Various Factors on Technology Gap in Different R & D Investment Phases of Technology Industry. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Generally speaking, the increase of R & D investment has a significant expansion effect on the technology gap; while the increase of human capital and spillover effect can effectively reduce the technological gap between different regions; (2) With the intensity of R & D investment Gradually increased, the influence of R & D intensity on internal absorptive capacity and human capital on technology gap decreased first and then strengthened, and the effect of external spillover effect on technology gap gradually increased significantly; (3) R & D investment phase, there are two relatively smooth conversion process, into the stage of high R & D investment intensity, the internal and external factors together to drive the technology gap narrowed down the full appearance of the features.
