胆汁酸在胆汁中的重要作用已被人们所认识,其含量分析有助于胆石成因的探讨,同时也可为胆结石病人提供治疗依据。现代化分析手段,如薄层层析法、气相色谱法、高率液相色谱法(HPLC法)等均可用于测定胆汁酸,其中尤以HPLC法具有方法简单、灵敏度高等优点。我们参考国内外文献报道,取其所长建立了用HPLC连用紫外检测器对胆汁,胆石中结合胆汁酸的测定方法,现介绍如下。
The important role of bile acid in bile has been recognized by people. The analysis of the content of bile acid contributes to the study of the cause of gallstone, and it can also provide a basis for the treatment of gallstone patients. Modern analytical methods, such as thin layer chromatography, gas chromatography, and high-rate liquid chromatography (HPLC), can be used for the determination of bile acids, especially HPLC methods have the advantages of simple method and high sensitivity. We refer to domestic and foreign literature reports, and our director has established a method for the determination of bile acids bound by bile and gallstones using HPLC with an ultraviolet detector.
