提出“线性扩展法”用于构造电极端部的三维造型 ,并采用该方法设计了一种基于 Chang造型的 TEA CO2 激光器放电电极 ,在其三维表面获得了满意的均匀电场分布。
A “linear expansion method” was proposed to construct the three-dimensional shape of the electrode tip. A Chang-type TEA CO2 laser discharge electrode was designed based on this method to obtain a satisfactory uniform electric field distribution on the three-dimensional surface.
