随着中国经济发展和创新创业环境的不断改善,海归企业迅速崛起,成为推动我国自主创新的重要力量。以深市91家医药制造企业为样本,选择海归企业的二元网络为契入点,应用模糊集的定性比较分析方法(Fs QCA)对海归企业的绩效提升路径进行了探索,发现构建丰富的国外社会网络是大型海归企业取得高绩效的必要条件,至于国内社会网络应与其保持恰当的距离。此外,适度的国内社会网络与良好的市场环境之间存在替代性。最后,验证了海归企业绩效影响因素与企业绩效之间存在非对称因果关系。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development and environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, returnees have risen rapidly and become an important force in promoting China’s independent innovation. This paper takes 91 pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises in Shenzhen as samples and chooses the binary network of returnees as the starting point. By using Fs QCA, this paper explores the path of performance improvement of returnees, and finds that the construction of rich foreign countries Social networks are a necessary condition for large-scale returnees to achieve high performance, while domestic social networks should maintain the proper distance from them. In addition, there is an alternative between a modest domestic social network and a good market environment. Finally, it verifies that there is an asymmetrical causality between the influencing factors of the performance of returnees and the performance of enterprises.
