跆拳道以高观赏性和实战性成为新时期大学生普遍喜爱的运动项目之一,在高校得到了普及。本文分析了“快乐体育”的内涵,对高校跆拳道教学进行了实证分析,以某校某学院的107名学生为研究对象,将其分成实验组和对照组,进行教学效果的对比分析。结果表明,运用快乐体育教学方法有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,强化教学效果,帮助学生树立终身体育观。
Taekwondo with high ornamental and combat effectiveness became the universally loved college students in the new era of sports, has been popularized in colleges and universities. This paper analyzes the connotation of “Happy Sports”, and conducts an empirical analysis of Taekwondo teaching in colleges and universities. Taking 107 students from a certain college as study object, this paper divides them into experimental group and control group, and conducts comparative analysis of teaching effects. The results show that the use of happy physical education methods can help improve students’ interest in learning, enhance teaching effectiveness and help students to establish lifelong physical education.
