随着训练理念的发展,现代短跑越来越重视摆臂技术。国外运动员在20世纪80年代已经使用直腕摆臂技术,包括很多的女子运动员,国内运动员还在使用普通的半握拳摆臂技术,尤其是在青少年运动员中较为多见。我们基层教练员对短跑技术进行研究,也应开始重视对上肢摆动技术,包括手臂摆动时手指的伸展度。所以说我们应该对摆臂进行细致与完整的研究分析,使跑的技术结构更趋向于完善合理,更加符合运动生物力学原理,符合人体解剖的结构特点,从而使跑的技术更节省化和效率化。理论上认为:上肢的屈肌群力量一般都大于伸肌力
