采用不同浓度的乙醇溶液处理苦荞麸皮原料,得到苦荞黄酮和自由D-手性肌醇含量差异显著的两种苦荞提取物。通过糖尿病模型大鼠试验发现,两种苦荞提取物对大鼠血糖相关生理指标的影响显著不同(P<0.01)。富含自由D-手性肌醇而苦荞黄酮含量较低的苦荞提取物A,其降血糖效果明显好于苦荞黄酮含量高而自由D-手性肌醇含量低的苦荞提取物B。
The tartary buckwheat bran material was treated with different concentrations of ethanol solution to obtain two tartary buckwheat extracts with significant differences in buckwheat flavonoids and free D-chiroinositol content. The diabetic model rat test found that the effects of two buckwheat extracts on blood glucose-related physiological indexes were significantly different (P<0.01). The extract of buckwheat extract A, which is rich in free D-chiro-inositol and has a lower flavonoid content of tartary buckwheat, is more effective than the extract of tartary buckwheat with high flavonoid content and free D-chiro-inositol content.
