组织认同即成员对所在组织的主要的、特有的和持久的特征的认知,它由成员持有的主观认同和外部认同所构成。组织认同威胁主要来源于核心价值认同的威胁和组织地位认知的威胁,个体通常采用强调被忽略的有利认同和强调被忽略的有利社会比较两大策略来应对面临的组织认同威胁。此两大策略的价值十分重大:不但对组织认同、社会认同与自我肯定、印象管理、组织认同管理等理论产生重要影响,而且有利于提高组织凝聚力、组织绩效和组织形象。
Organizational identity is the member’s perception of the major, characteristic and enduring characteristics of the organization in which it is composed of the subjective and external identities held by members. Organizational identity threat mainly comes from threat of perceived core value and perceived threat of organizational status. Individuals generally adopt the two strategies of emphasizing neglected favorable identity and emphasizing ignored social comparison to deal with the threat of organizational identity. The value of these two strategies is very significant: not only has an important influence on the theories of organizational identity, social identity and self-affirmation, impression management and organizational identity management, but also helps to improve the cohesion, organizational performance and organizational image.
