目的:建立测定治疣胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA和丹酚酸B的HPLC方法。方法:采用Waters Atlantis@T3色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,3μm),以乙腈-醋酸铵水溶液(用甲酸调至p H=2.4)为流动相梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为260 nm。结果:丹酚酸B、丹参酮ⅡA分别在1.20~60.00μg·ml-1、0.40~20.00μg·ml-1之间呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 7、0.999 8。两者的平均回收率分别为101.53%(RSD=1.14%)和95.17%(RSD=4.33%)。结论:本方法高效、便捷、准确,可用于治疣胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA and salvianolic acid B in ZhiWu capsule. Methods: A Waters Atlantis @ T3 column (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 3 μm) was used to elute acetonitrile-ammonium acetate solution (adjusted to pH 2.4 with formic acid) as mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1 , The detection wavelength is 260 nm. Results: There was a good linear relationship between salvianolic acid B and tanshinone ⅡA in the range of 1.20-60.00 μg · ml -1, 0.40-20.00 μg · ml -1, r = 0.999 7,0.999 8. The average recoveries were 101.53% (RSD = 1.14%) and 95.17% (RSD = 4.33%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is efficient, convenient and accurate and can be used for quality control of wart capsule.
