4月30日,中央政治局召开会议,审议通过了《京津冀协同发展规划纲要》。会议指出,推动京津冀协同发展是一个重大国家战略。战略的核心是有序疏解北京非首都功能,调整经济结构和空间结构,走出一条内涵集约发展的新路子,探索出一种人口经济密集地区优化开发的模式,促进区域协调发展,形成新增长极。会议强调,要坚持协同发展、重点突破、深化改革、有序推进。 On April 30, the Political Bureau of the Central People’s Government held a meeting to review and approve the Outline for the Plan for the Coordinated Development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
