依据隧道交通事故发生的不确定性、模糊性,运用基于模糊数学的模糊综合评价法对隧道交通安全水平进行评估。最后通过比较车流量增加前后的交通安全评估结果得到通行车辆激增对隧道交通安全的影响。结果表明:扬子江隧道内的通行车辆激增,隧道的交通安全等级由良好降为中等,隧道的交通事故风险增加。隧道管理部门可以采取分流、车辆分类管理等手段,预防交通事故的发生。
According to the uncertainty and fuzziness of tunnel traffic accidents, the level of traffic safety of tunnels is evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy mathematics. Finally, the traffic safety assessment results before and after the traffic flow increase are compared to get the impact of traffic congestion on tunnel traffic safety. The results show that the number of vehicles passing through the Yangzi River Tunnel has increased dramatically, the traffic safety level of the tunnel has been reduced from good to moderate, and the risk of traffic accidents in the tunnel has increased. Tunnel management department can take diversion, vehicle classification management and other means to prevent traffic accidents.
