一个人没有记忆,叫失忆;一个组织缺乏记忆,乃无根。无根,则如浮萍,缺乏定力,随波逐流。我国许多企业都是没有记忆的。笔者曾参观过几家日本企业,在他们的社史馆里不仅陈列着他们的成功、也记载着他们的失误,还有就是挂着株式会社历任社长的照片,也让笔者感触良多。这在我国的企业里,是很少能看到的。我们企业的经营者通常不是来接班,而是去履新的。接班需要传
