目的:探讨去甲肾上腺素转运体(NET)基因SNP位点T-182C多态性变异与新疆汉族人群异常体液型乳腺癌的相关性.方法:按维吾尔医将乳腺癌患者分为4种体液型,采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和单核苷酸多态性(SNP)分析技术对新疆汉族126例乳腺癌患者和90例正常对照组NET基因T-182C多态性进行检测,比较各组间等位基因和基因型频率分布的差异.结果:NET基因T-182C的等位基因和基因型频率在总乳腺癌患者与正常对照组之间差异无显著性(P=0.249;P=0.152);各异常体液型乳腺癌患者与正常对照组T-182C的等位基因和基因型频率均无显著性(P>0.05);异常黑胆质型乳腺癌患者和其它异常体液型癌症患者的T-182C等位基因及基因型频率的差异均无显著性(P>0.05).结论:去甲肾上腺素转运体(NET)基因T-182C多态性可能与新疆汉族人群乳腺癌无关.
Objective: To investigate the association between T-182C polymorphism of SNP SNP and abnormal humoral breast cancer in Xinjiang Han population.Methods: Uyghur doctors divided breast cancer patients into four kinds of bodily fluids The polymorphism of T-182C of NET gene was detected in 126 cases of breast cancer in Han nationality in Xinjiang and 90 cases of normal controls by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis. Results: The allele and genotype frequencies of T-182C in the NET gene were not significantly different between the total breast cancer patients and the normal control group (P = 0.249; P = 0.152). The allele and genotype frequencies of T-182C in patients with abnormal humoral breast cancer and normal controls were not significantly different (P> 0.05). Patients with abnormal savda breast cancer and other abnormal body fluids There was no significant difference in T-182C allele and genotype between the two groups (P> 0.05) .Conclusion: T-182C polymorphism of NET gene may be unrelated to breast cancer in Xinjiang Han population .
