目的探讨心理干预联合情商训练在3~6岁患儿术前访视中应用,及对患儿不良情绪、主动配合率的影响。方法选取河北省儿童医院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的120例择期手术的患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成两组,各60例。对照组行常规术前访视,观察组访视中进行心理干预+情商训练。采用斯宾思儿童焦虑量表(SCAS)对访视前、术前患儿情绪进行评分;对比两组患儿主动配合率、患者家属对护理服务满意度。结果两组患儿访视前SCAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术前观察组SCAS评分显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患儿配合率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(81.7%vs 65.0%,χ2=4.261,P<0.05);观察组患儿入室至穿刺成功时间短于对照组,患儿家属对护理服务评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.01)。结论在3~6岁患儿术前访视中联合应用心理干预+情商训练能够缓解其焦虑情绪,提升手术配合度和护理服务质量。
Objective To investigate the application of psychological intervention combined with EQ training in preoperative visit of children aged 3 to 6 years old and its influence on the rate of unpleasant emotions and active cooperation in children. Methods A total of 120 children undergoing elective surgery admitted to Children’s Hospital of Hebei Province from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table (60 cases). The control group received routine preoperative visit and observation group during psychological intervention + emotional training. Scans Children’s Anxiety Scale (SCAS) was used to evaluate the mood of the children before and after the visit. The rate of active cooperation between the two groups was compared with that of the family members to the nursing service. Results There was no significant difference in SCAS score between the two groups before visit (P> 0.05). SCAS score in preoperative observation group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0.01) (81.7% vs 65.0%, χ2 = 4.261, P <0.05). The successful time from entry to puncture in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the scores of nursing service in the family members were higher than those in the control group Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P all <0.01). Conclusion Psychological intervention + EQ training can reduce the anxiety and improve the degree of operation and quality of nursing service in children with 3-6 years of preoperative visit.
