中药炮制是祖国医学的重要组成部分,与医疗实践的关系十分密切,历代医家均非常重视。宋·陈师文等在《太平圣惠方》中指出:“炮制失其体性,虽有疗疾之名,永无必愈之效,是以医者,务必殷切注意。”明·陈嘉谟在《本草蒙筌》中提到:“凡药制造,贵在适中,不及则功效难求,太过则气味反失。”清·张仲岩在《修事指南》中则说:“炮制不明,药性不确,则汤方无准而病症不验也。”这些都说明了炮制品质量的好坏和临症处方时的合理用药,直接影响着临床疗效。为此,笔者认为,中药炮制学不仅是中药专业的一门必修专业课,而且它作为一门临床基础课在中医专业的课程设置中也相当重要,很有必要开设这门课程。现将其现由分述如下: 一:中药炮制是中医临床用药的特点中药炮制是根据中医中药的基本理论,中医临床用药和药材自身性质的要求而制定的。中药绝大部分是植物、动物、矿物等原生药材,一般都必须通过炮制后才能供临床

If you go too far, the smell will be lost.” Qing Zhang Zhongyan said in the “Repair Guide”: "Unclear concoction and inaccurate medicine ,The soup side is inaccurate and the illness is not inspected.”All these indicate that the quality of processed products and the rational use of drugs when they are prescribed, directly affect the clinical efficacy. To this end, the author believes that Chinese medicine concocting is not only a compulsory major course of the Chinese medicine profession, but also it is very important as a clinical basic course in the curriculum setting of the TCM specialty. It is necessary to establish this course. Now it is described as follows: 1. Chinese medicine concocts are the characteristics of clinical medicine in TCM. The concoction of Chinese medicine is based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the clinical use of TCM and the nature of medicinal materials. Most of the traditional Chinese medicines are native herbs such as plants, animals, and minerals. Generally, they must be processed for clinical use.
