目的:探讨应用微种植体支抗与传统支抗在骨性Ⅱ类错畸形治疗中的疗效比较。方法:收集骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者28例,MBT技术结合微种植体支抗(A组)14例;MBT技术结合传统强支抗(口外弓+Nance弓)(B组)14例,进行矫治前后X线头影测量、模型测量分析和疗程、疗效比较。结果:矫治前后,两组患者覆、覆盖等指标均有明显减少,其中A组的SNA、ANB、Ls-E、Li-E、U1-SN、U1-L1、U1-NA、U1-PP、U6-PP值的变化较B组明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),同时A组疗程短于B组疗程。结论:微种植体支抗比传统强支抗能更有效地改善骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者的覆、覆盖关系及侧貌面型。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the efficacy of micro-implant anchorage and traditional support in the treatment of skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion. Methods: Twenty-eight patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion were enrolled in this study. MBT technique combined with micro-implant anchorage (group A) was used in 14 patients. MBT technique combined with 14 patients with traditional strong support (B group) Before and after correction of X-ray measurement, model measurement analysis and treatment, efficacy comparison. Results: Before and after treatment, there were significant decreases in the indexes of coverage and coverage in both groups, including SNA, ANB, Ls-E, Li-E, U1-SN, U1-L1, U1-NA, U1-PP , The change of U6-PP value was more obvious than that of B group (P <0.05), and the duration of treatment of A group was shorter than that of B group. CONCLUSION: The micro-implant supports more effectively than the traditional ones in improving the coverage, coverage and facial appearance of patients with skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
