以生菜为试材,采用200、300、400、500倍浓度梯度的褐球固氮菌对生菜进行灌根处理,以清水为对照(CK),测定了叶数、叶长、叶宽、茎粗、根长、根重、经济产量等形态指标和叶绿素、氨基酸、全氮含量等生理指标。结果表明:300倍浓度的褐球固氮菌可以促进生菜的生长,与CK相比达到了极显著差异水平;提高了叶绿素和氨基酸含量,且与CK相比达到了极显著差异水平;降低了植株体内的氮含量,与CK相比达到了极显著差异水平;提高了基质中氮含量,与CK相比达到了显著差异水平。
Using lettuce as tested material, the lettuce was drenched with 200, 300, 400 and 500 times of concentration of Azotobacter vinelandiana. CK, the leaf number, leaf length, leaf width, stem diameter , Root length, root weight, economic yield and other morphological indicators and chlorophyll, amino acids, total nitrogen and other physiological indicators. The results showed that the Azotobacter species could promote the growth of lettuce by 300 times, which reached extremely significant difference compared with CK, increased the content of chlorophyll and amino acid, and reached the extremely significant difference level compared with CK. Compared with CK, the content of nitrogen in the body reached a very significant difference; the content of nitrogen in the matrix was increased, reaching a significant difference compared with CK.
