插齿时,每个齿轮(或齿条)的工序成本、利润率及工时受刀具耐用度的影响[1]。在影响刀具耐用度的诸因素中,对单件成本,利润率及单件工时影响较大而又能在相对较宽的范围内进行调整的切削条件,是插齿刀的冲程次数n_r(即切削速度v)及圆周进给量f_r。本文在对n_r 及f_r 与刀具耐用度之间的关系在一定范围内进行试验的基础上,阐述用人工适应控制技术[4]、[5]对插齿时的切削参数进行优化的理论及方法,并给出了优化的结果。
