某刨花板厂职业病危害及关键控制点分析

目的了解某刨花板厂的主要职业病危害因素,确定关键控制点,为企业防控职业病危害提供依据。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素检测等方法对该项目的职业病危害因素进行分析与评价。结果主要职业病危害因素为粉尘、噪声和化学毒物。检测结果作业场所噪声强度68.4~96.6 d B(A),超标率33.33%;作业场所甲醛浓度0.14~0.59 mg/m~3,超标率14.29%,粉尘、氨检测结果都低于职业接触限值。结论噪声、甲醛是刨花板厂主要的控制因素,应做好职业卫生防护,保护作业工人的健康。 Objective To understand the main occupational hazards of a particleboard factory, determine the key control points and provide the basis for the prevention and control of occupational diseases. Methods The occupational disease risk factors of this project were analyzed and evaluated by on-the-spot occupational hygiene investigation and workplace occupational hazards detection. Results The main occupational hazards were dust, noise and chemical poisons. Test results The noise intensity at the workplace was 68.4-96.6 d B (A), exceeding the standard rate by 33.33%. The formaldehyde concentration in the workplace was 0.14-0.59 mg / m 3 and the exceeding standard rate was 14.29%. The dust and ammonia test results were lower than the occupational exposure limits . Conclusion Noise and formaldehyde are the main controlling factors of particleboard factory. Occupational health protection should be done to protect the health of workers.
