随着社会的进步,国际和国内的突发性危机问题增多,因而政府职能必须不断完善,而公务员也必须寻找更多的途径以实现个人素质的有效提升,才能更好的履行职责。本文分析了太原市公务员培训工作开展情况,指出当前公务员培训工作存在的主要问题,针对培训的相关问题,提出了太原市公务员培训体系的优化措施。并从制定对公务员培训的长期规划提出了培训对策的实施保障。
With the progress of the society, there are more and more emergent crises in the world and at home. Therefore, government functions must be continuously improved. Civil servants must also find more ways to effectively improve their personal qualifications so that they can perform their duties better. This article analyzes the development of civil servant training in Taiyuan, points out the main problems existing in civil servant training, and proposes some optimization measures for training civil servants in Taiyuan according to the related problems of training. And from the development of long-term planning of civil servants training put forward the implementation of training measures.
