总结了几年来宝鸡第二发电公司2号300MW汽轮机高中压转子振动故障诊断的处理经验,认为机组振动问题除先天不足外,主要表现为热态振动问题。热态下振动主要是由高中压转子存在一定的热弯曲和高中压汽缸及前箱存在跑偏引起的,通过改变轴瓦形式、相对标高及高速动平衡,使机组振动达到良好水平。
Summarizes the experience of vibration diagnosis of high and medium pressure rotors in No.2 300MW steam turbine of No.2 Power Generation Company of Baoji No.2 Power Generation Company in the past few years. It is concluded that the vibration of generating units is not only congenitally deficient, but mainly manifested as the problem of thermal vibration. Vibration is mainly caused by thermal bending of high and medium pressure rotors and deviation of high and medium pressure cylinders and front bogie in hot state. The vibration of the unit reaches a good level by changing the form of bearing bush, relative elevation and high-speed dynamic balance.
