杂交鳢是以乌鳢(Channa argus)为父本,斑鳢(C.maculata)为母本杂交获得的子一代,相比亲本,具有生长速度快、抗逆性强、成活率高、易驯食膨化颗粒饲料的优势。概括了近几年来国内外乌鳢(♂)×斑鳢(♀)杂交繁育历史、杂交繁育技术,同时对乌鳢(♂)×斑鳢(♀)杂交子一代的遗传特性、胚胎发育、生长性能、抗逆性、血液指标、肌肉营养成分等研究现状进行了总结。
