体外循环用离心血泵的驱动系统,其核心为圆盘形磁力联轴器。圆盘形磁力联轴器的结构参数关系到传递磁转矩的能力,因此需要对圆盘形磁力联轴器的永磁体磁极数(n)、气隙长度(Lg)、永磁体厚度(Lm)、永磁体内径(Ri)及外径(Ro)等参数进行深入研究。本文采用Ansys三维静态磁场棱边单元法进行数值计算,分析磁力联轴器各个参数与传递磁转矩的关系,为圆盘形磁力联轴器的进一步优化提供了理论依据和计算方法。

In this paper, Ansys three-dimensional static magnetic field edge element method is used to calculate the relationship between the parameters of the magnetic coupling and the transmitted magnetic torque, which provides the theoretical basis and calculation method for further optimization of the disk-shaped magnetic coupling.
