本文总结16例晚期食管癌侵及胸主动脉外科手术的经验。手术方法包括：除常规切除食管癌肿，食管—胃颈部吻合或主动脉弓上吻合外，胸主动脉侧壁切除直接缝合2例；Gore—Tex补片成形13例；切除胸主动脉段，人工血管植入1例。作者就手术适应证、手术方法及操作要点、术后并发症的预防和处理等进行讨论。
This article summarizes the experience of 16 cases of advanced esophageal cancer invading the thoracic aorta. Surgical methods included: in addition to conventional resection of esophageal cancer, anastomosis of the esophago-gastric neck, or anastomosis of the aortic arch, thoracic aortic wall resection was directly sutured in 2 cases; Gore-Tex patch was formed in 13 cases; resection of the thoracic aorta was performed manually Vascular implantation in 1 case. The author discussed the surgical indications, surgical methods and operating points, prevention and treatment of postoperative complications.
