基于硬性串联系统可靠度模型,建立了井口操车系统可靠度模型。通过数据分析,计算出操车系统各个部分的可靠度,并进一步得出整个操车系统的可靠度。通过比较各个部分的可靠度,找出了操车系统的薄弱环节为罐帘门,并对造成薄弱的原因进行了分析,且提出了改进措施。
Based on the rigid series system reliability model, the reliability model of wellhead driving system is established. Through data analysis, calculate the reliability of each part of the car operating system, and further draw the reliability of the entire car operating system. By comparing the reliability of each part, we find out the weak link of the car operating system is the canopy door, analyze the cause of the weakness, and put forward the improvement measures.
