本文在蒸发温度不变,而环境温度变化的情况下对压缩冷凝机组进行了性能测试,分析了外界环境温度变化对压缩冷凝机组系统COP、输入功率、压比等性能参数的影响。由实验结果可知:蒸发温度保持不变,环境温度每上升1℃,COP平均下降2.6%,即环境温度对机组运行效率的影响比较大,对压缩冷凝机组进行优化可有效提高机组的性能。该实验为进一步提高压缩冷凝机组的性能提供了实验参考依据。
In this paper, the performance of compressed condensing unit was tested under the condition of constant evaporation temperature and ambient temperature. The influence of ambient temperature on the performance parameters such as COP, input power and pressure ratio of condensing unit was analyzed. From the experimental results, it can be seen that the evaporation temperature remains the same, COP is decreased by 2.6% on average every 1 ° C ambient temperature increase, ie, the ambient temperature affects the unit operation efficiency greatly. Optimizing the condensing unit can effectively improve the unit performance. The experiment provides the experimental reference for further improving the performance of the condensing unit.
