为观察湖南地区输血传播病毒(TTV)的感染情况,合成了特异性引物,采用巢式聚合酶链反应两次扩增血清TTVDNA。共检测70例肝炎病人血清和43例献血员血清。结果显示:在38例血清HBsAg阳性、HBeAg和HBVDNA阴性的病人中,10例TTVDNA阳性(263%),ALT平均为(452±236)U·L-1;32例血清甲~戊型和庚型肝炎标志物阴性的病人中,12例TTVDNA阳性(375%),ALT平均为(582±259)U·L-1;43例献血员中,4例TTVDNA阳性(93%),ALT在正常范围。提示湖南地区首次发现TTV感染者。本资料与日本首次报道者相近;不能排除TTV感染与ALT升高的关系。
To observe the infection of transfusion transmitted virus (TTV) in Hunan Province, specific primers were synthesized, and the serum TTVDNA was amplified twice by nested polymerase chain reaction. A total of 70 sera from hepatitis patients and 43 blood donors were detected. The results showed that in 38 cases of HBsAg-positive, negative HBeAg and HBVDNA patients, 10 cases of TTVDNA positive (26.3%), ALT average (452 ± 236) U · L-1; 32 cases of serum A ~ TTV DNA positive in 12 cases (375%) and ALT averaged (582 ± 259) U · L-1 in 4 of the 43 blood donors were positive for TTVDNA (93 %), ALT in the normal range. Tip for the first time in Hunan found TTV infection. This data is similar to the first reported in Japan; can not rule out the relationship between TTV infection and elevated ALT.
