从艺校毕业到剧团参加工作,至今也有二十多年了。经常在舞台上摸爬滚打,使我在表演方面总结了一些经验。无论扮演什么角色,我都能赋予她鲜明的个性和特征。这些主要靠的是我对生活的观察和积累,对表演的热爱,以及对角色创造的积极态度。也正是这些,让我时时刻刻地把在生活中观察到的人物形象记录下来,然后对号入座,把生活中扑捉到的人物形象经过艺术加工,赋予到角色身上,准确地完成角色创造,使剧中人物更鲜活。因为艺术来源于生活!其实作为一名演员,观察、体验生活,对创造角色是极其重要的,但仅仅这些还不够,还需要技巧。这些技巧要经过演员反复琢磨,不断练习,才能做到。这就是斯氏表演体系提到的“演员的自我修养”。一名演员,要想成功地塑造好一个角色真的不是件简单的事。如果不去训练自己的身体、声音,不去训练说话和举止姿态,如果他找不到和角色相适应的外部特征,那他大概也表达不出角色的人的精神生活。只有当角色的正确的内心状态被找到了,由与形象相似的元素组成的正确的内部性格特征被确定了,他在舞台上呈献给观众的才是鲜活的人物形象。

An actor, in order to successfully shape a good character is really not a simple matter. If he does not train his body, voice, training speech and attitude, if he can not find the external features that are compatible with the character, he probably also expresses the spiritual life of the person without character. Only when the correct inner state of the character is found and the correct internal personality trait composed of the image-like elements is identified, is the vivid character image presented to the audience on stage.
