某型挖掘机在进入市场后,出现空调压缩机卡滞、安装座断裂、壳体泄漏等故障问题。通过现场检查、故障品分析、设计方案检查及现场测试等措施,发现压缩机皮带轮与发动机皮带轮轮槽中心平面度超出允许范围,以及压缩机自身的结构不适合挖掘机工况环境,会导致此类故障发生。通过控制压缩机与发动机轮槽中心平面度尺寸,并选用径向端面安装结构的压缩机,故障现象得到改善明显。
