而2015年下半年至今,随着去库存化、供给侧改革、降低首付等政策的出台,我们已经清楚地看到,中央政府对房地产行业的政策导向又已经回到了支柱产业的地位。历年的春节后,尽管春寒料峭,但往往是楼市相对红火的一个月,而今年尤为特别。笔者操作的几个楼盘,春节过后的一周内,多则20余套的成交,少则七八套的成交,刷新历史纪录。
