“吃”在中国有其特定含义,远远超出了吃的范畴。中国人讲感情,或严格地说,是讲感情的外在形式,在饮食方式上则表现为集体主义,喜欢“群享”、聚餐,喜欢把饭桌当成重要的社交场合,即通过饮食来促进和协调人际关系,和睦感情。由于各种原因,长期以来,中国形成了“重烹饪、重礼仪、轻卫生、轻检疫”的餐饮特色。然而,时代在进步,中国人也更加讲究,那么,怎么“吃”才会更有情调,更有品味,就成为一个现实的问题。
