“Running family ” seems quite fascinated by their jogging. In their view, running is both a fun sport and a lifestyle, and it’s easy to immerse yourself in a variety of high-tech devices that are related to it. People rely on their sweat-absorbent T-shirts, running shoes, and enjoy the record of their own movement and a variety of breakthrough achievements. As a runner and a tech savvy, I especially like Nike + released in 2006. With the small chips on the iPod and the sensors on the sneakers, they easily record my various sports data and are included in my inventory on the market. Through it, I fully documented each step taken between August 2006 and January 2013, for a total of 587 runs, totaling 1989 miles.
