冷顶锻是一种工艺试验,能确定金属材料在冷状态下承受顶锻变形的性能,并显示其缺陷。本文就不同压缩比对缺陷显示情况进行了研究与讨论。一试验条件 1 材料选取及规格(见表1) 2 试样尺寸与技术要求(见表2,图1) 为了摸索不同压缩比对试样表面划伤的显示程度,对光滑无裂纹,无擦伤,无氧化皮的试样,表面用划针沿轴向人为地制造类似划伤的缺陷,缺陷的深度见表3。
Cold forging is a process test that determines the performance of a metal material subjected to upset forging in cold conditions and shows its defects. In this paper, different compression ratio of the defect shows the situation were studied and discussed. A test conditions 1 material selection and specifications (see Table 1) 2 sample size and technical requirements (see Table 2, Figure 1) In order to explore different compression ratio of the surface of the sample scratches on the degree of display, smooth and crack-free, Injury, non-oxide samples, the surface of the needle along the axis with a man-made scratch-like defects, the depth of defects in Table 3.
