目的建立沙漠嘎种子中两种二氢黄酮异樱花素和圣草酚-7-甲醚的含量测定方法。方法采用ZORBAXEclipseXDB-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液(40∶60);流速:1mL/min;检测波长:288nm。结果异樱花素和圣草酚-7-甲醚的平均回收率分别为100.1%、99.8%,RSD为0.82%、2.34%(n=6)。结论本法操作简便、准确,可作为沙漠嘎种子的质量控制方法之一。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of two kinds of dihydroflavonorine and eriodictyol-7-methyl ether in seeds of desert locust. Methods ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18 column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) was used. The column temperature was 30°C. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (40∶60). The flow rate was 1mL/min. The detection wavelength was 288nm. Results The average recoveries of Isohydrozdrin and Etoposide-7-methylether were 100.1% and 99.8%, respectively, and the RSD was 0.82% and 2.34% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, and can be used as one of the quality control methods for seeds of desert locust.
