以实际工程为例介绍光伏幕墙设计原理并对施工过程进行探讨.通过智能楼宇监测系统实时记录热泵出水侧进出口温度变化,对光伏幕墙与空气源热泵耦合运行的实际效果进行测试,与前期数值模拟结果进行对比,分析光伏幕墙余热潜能以及模拟的可靠性.结果显示光伏幕墙余热潜能巨大,建筑整体每年可收集太阳能12522.8 kWh,每平方米太阳能集热(PVT)板收集太阳能为48.1 kWh,同时光伏幕墙PVT集热板实际平均热效率12%与模拟热效率18%相差较大,说明前期模拟存在改进空间,部分模拟条件不够严谨.“,”Taking practical project as an example,the paper introduces the design principle of photovohaic curtain wall and analyze the construction process.The temperature change of import and export water produced by heat pump is recorded by intelligent building monitoring system,and the coupling effect between photovoltaic curtain wall and air source heat pump is tested.Then the result was compared with early simulation to analyze the waste heat utilizing potential of photovohaic curtain wall as well as the reliability of simulation.Results show that the waste heat utilizing potential of photovoltaic curtain wall in building integration is enormous and meaningful,numerically,the total amount of solar power generation can reach up to 12522.8 kWh each heating reason and the solar energy generation per square meter of PVT collector can reach up to 48.1 kWh each heating reason.Meanwhile,the average thermal efficiency of photovoltaic curtain wall obtained by tests and simulations are 12.1% and 18% respectively,the deviation between them are great.the preliminary simulation still Therefore,The results show that need to be improved,some simulation conditions are not precise.
