以烧结Nb2O5片为阴极、石墨棒为阳极,在共熔CaCl2-NaCl电解质中进行电脱氧反应制备金属铌。研究了制备Nb2O5片过程压制压力和烧结温度对其电脱氧反应的影响。结果表明,较低的压制压力(12MPa)和适中的烧结温度(1 200℃)有利于获得开孔孔隙度较高、粒度较细的Nb2O5片结构,从而保证较高的Nb2O5片阴极电脱氧效率及产品金属铌的纯度。
Niobium metal niobium was prepared by electro-deoxidation in the eutectic CaCl2-NaCl electrolyte with the sintered Nb2O5 as cathode and graphite rod as anode. The effect of pressing pressure and sintering temperature on the electrooxidation of Nb2O5 was studied. The results show that the lower pressing pressure (12MPa) and the moderate sintering temperature (1200 ℃) are favorable for obtaining the Nb2O5 sheet structure with high porosity and fine grain size, thus ensuring the higher cathodic deoxidization efficiency of Nb2O5 sheet And the purity of the product metal niobium.
