[目的]观察不同存放时间对实验动物血清生化值的影响。[方法]将100只6~8周龄大白鼠适应性饲养,禁食不禁水12h后采集血样存放于4℃条件备检。采用全自动生化分析仪对存放1h、24h、48h、5d、7d时间血清进行生化值检测。[结果]存放1h与24h,各项指标均无明显差异(P>0.05);存放48h,除尿素(BUN)有显著性差异(P<0.05)外,其他各项指标均无明显差异(P>0.05),存放5d、7d血清生化值出现不同程度变化(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中对TP、ALB、GLU、CRE、BUN及TBil影响最为明显(P<0.05,P<0.01)。[结论]动物实验采集血清生化测定尽可能在当天完成,临时4℃冷藏,最长时间不宜超过2d。
[Objective] To observe the effect of different storage time on the serum biochemical value of experimental animals. [Methods] 100 rats of 6-8 weeks old were fed adaptively. After fasting for 12 hours, blood samples were collected and stored at 4 ℃ for inspection. Using automatic biochemical analyzer for storage 1h, 24h, 48h, 5d, 7d serum biochemical detection. [Results] There was no significant difference in all indexes between 1 h and 24 h after storage (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference (P <0.05) except for urea (BUN) (P <0.05, P <0.01). The changes of serum biochemical values of TP, ALB, GLU, CRE, BUN and TBil were the most significant (P <0.05, P <0.01) . [Conclusion] The serum biochemical determination in animal experiments was completed on the same day as possible, and temporarily stored at 4 ℃ for the longest time should not exceed 2 days.
