在工程争端谈判中,公平感对谈判者的合作行为产生重要影响。目前对于工程争端谈判情境下公平感对于合作行为影响的研究主要侧重于分配公平,而对于程序公平和交流公平如何对谈判者的合作行为产生影响及三个维度的公平感对于关系情境的依赖还缺乏系统探讨。通过对164个项目工程争端谈判的主要谈判人员进行问卷调查,研究结果表明,无论是分配公平,还是程序公平和交流公平,均对谈判者的合作行为起到了显著的正向影响。而争端双方在工程实施过程中所表现出的灵活性和团结性则正向调节了分配公平和交流公平对合作行为的影响。
In the negotiation of engineering disputes, the sense of fairness has a significant impact on the cooperation of the negotiators. At present, the research on the impact of fairness on cooperative behavior in the context of negotiations on engineering disputes mainly focuses on the distribution of fairness, but also on how the fairness of the procedure and communication affect the negotiators’ cooperative behavior and the three dimensions of fairness dependence on the relational situation Lack of systematic discussion. Through the questionnaire survey of the key negotiators of the 164 project dispute negotiations, the results show that all the negotiators’ cooperative behaviors have a significant positive impact whether they are fair distribution, fair procedure and fair exchange. However, the flexibility and unity demonstrated by both parties in the process of project implementation have positively adjusted the impact of fair distribution and fair exchange on cooperation.
