吐鲁番维、汉、回三民族脑卒中发病特点分析

目的初步探讨吐鲁番地区维、汉、回3个主要民族脑卒中的发病特点及防治。方法对1995年12月~2004年12月在吐鲁番地区四大人民医院就诊的脑卒中患者2983例进行回顾性研究分析。结果维吾尔族患病例数最多,占总数的58.3%,3个民族按30岁以上人口比例,患病率由高到低依次为回族、汉族、维吾尔族。结论分析不同民族脑卒中的患病情况及相关因素,对脑卒中的防治有重要意义。 Objective To investigate the characteristics and prevention and treatment of stroke in three main nationalities of Victoria, Han and Hui in Turpan. Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 2983 stroke patients from December 1995 to December 2004 in four large People’s Hospital of Turpan. Results The Uighur patients had the highest number of cases, accounting for 58.3% of the total. Among the three ethnic groups, the proportion of the population aged over 30 was higher than that of the Uyghur population, the highest prevalence was Hui, Han and Uyghur. Conclusion Analysis of stroke prevalence and related factors in different ethnic groups is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of stroke.
