于2002年8月至2002年10月,采用连续流水式呼吸仪测定了平均体质量为8.3g的瓦氏黄颡鱼幼体的静止代谢率.在实验水温分别为15℃,18℃,21℃,24℃,27℃和30℃的条件下,该种鱼特殊体质量代谢率M(O2)的平均值分别为102 70,116 76,128 25,144 58,161 89,180 59mg/(kg·h).研究结果表明其特殊体质量代谢率随温度的上升而显著增大.温度(t)与特殊体质量代谢率(M)的回归关系可表达为M=11 33t0 8067.同时研究了温度和代谢率与瓦氏黄颡鱼呼吸频率的关系.
From August 2002 to October 2002, the resting metabolic rate of Brachiospora crassipes with an average body weight of 8.3 g was determined by a continuous flow-type respirator.
