目的:探讨骨科病房人文关怀护理模式的构建与成效。方法:选取医院骨科2014年8月~2015年8月收治的258例住院患者,采用随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各129例,对照组患者均采用医院骨科临床常用的护理方法,观察组患者则在对照组基础上辅以人文关怀护理,比较两组患者对护理质量的评分及对护理服务的满意度。结果:观察组患者对护理质量的评分,高于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理的满意度,高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科病房构建和实施人文关怀护理模式,能显著提升患者对护理质量的评分及对护理的满意度。
Objective: To discuss the construction and effect of humanistic care nursing model in orthopedic ward. Methods: A total of 258 inpatients admitted to our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group (n = 129) and control group (n = 129). Patients in the control group were all treated with orthopedics . The patients in the observation group were supplemented with humane care nursing on the basis of the control group. The scores of the quality of nursing care and the satisfaction with the nursing service were compared between the two groups. Results: The score of nursing quality in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing group in observation group was higher than that in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The construction and implementation of humanistic nursing model in orthopedic ward can significantly improve the patient’s rating of nursing quality and satisfaction with nursing.
