在高职院校实施教学全面质量管理,有助于教学质量管理体系持续改进和教育教学质量不断提高。在全面质量管理理念、ISO9000质量管理标准、系统科学原理等指导下,苏州卫生职业技术学院通过“吸收-消化-创新”和“理论-实践-凝练”的方法,形成了基于业务流程再造(BPR)的完善而又可操作的程序和方案,实现了“硬因素”的改善和“软因素”的改进有机结合,教学质量管理工作从外在推动型转化为高职院校内驱型发展。
